Kiawah Island

Kiawah Island is a much sought after lush and beautiful Island about 30 minutes from Charleston. Gated living is the norm on this island with golf, tennis parks and the activities you would expect living on the coast. The history of the island includes a pirate, Kiawah Indians and land passed from generation to generation before being sold in 1974 to become the vacation destination it is today.

Between the two Islands is Classique, a well-established community with marsh and ocean views.

Seabrook Island is a private gated community. Winding streets are paved with Oaks on this 2.5 mile of beach community. Formerly known as Simmons Island, the island was named Seabrook when Mr. Seabrook purchased it in 1816. Owners have come and gone, and the Island finally became incorporated in 1989. It is now owned by the homeowner’s association.
